Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. Unfortunately, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returned products are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Digital products, such as ebooks, are non-refundable.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending back any items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately upon purchase. If you cancel before shipping, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee plus a $1.50 processing fee. If the order has already shipped, additional shipping and handling fees will apply.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank and contact your credit card company as refunds may take some time to process. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at refunds@mattwrightauthor.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at refunds@mattwrightauthor.com.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If not, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping

Unused Codes

We do not offer refunds or retroactive discounts for unused discount codes that were not applied at the time of purchase. All pricing is locked in once the order is placed.
